What we rehab

Strains and Sprains

You've been advised to ice, rest, and elevate your injury but what next? A thorough rehabilitation programme is almost always necessary to prevent re-injury.

Surgical Intervention

Some injuries unfortunately require surgery but is often limited in the support you receive afterwards. Once you are functioning in daily life, physio appointments usually stop, but we know you have a lot further to go before returning to sport.

Chronic Instability

Recurrent shoulder dislocations and ankle sprains are some of the most common injuries. Frustratingly they occur over and over..let us ensure you get your rehab right this time.

Loading Issues

Tendinopathies make up around 25% of injuries in team sport athletes, with the achilles and patellar tendons being the most affected tendons. The correct management of these is vital.

Pre Surgery "Prehab"

Preparing for surgery is a huge part of your recovery. Research shows your post-operative function and return to sport time is drastically improved with the correct prehabilitation programme.

Aches, Pains & Niggles

Training with niggles or pain often leads to a more serious and longer lasting injury. By addressing and correcting movement patterns or weaknesses we can prevent those injuries from reoccurring.
